Welcome to Athina's Villa

An ideal place for comfortable, quiet family vacations. It provides all the amenities and spaces to make your vacation a great choice. In the wonderful pool you will spend fun and relaxing moments. It combines the tranquility of the neighborhood, but also the easy and fast access to shopping, entertainment, beach.

My philosophy : Hospitality “filoxenia” is a Greek word. Respecting your choice to spend your holidays at my accommodation, I have created a relaxing and peaceful place, to make you fill comfortable and have an unforgettable staying.

Huge pool garden

All around the villa there are huge, see view, balconies viewing the amazing pool and BBQ, outdoor pergola with dining area. Around the pool, there is sitting area with sun beds.

Ground Floor

At the ground floor, there is a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC with shower.

1st Floor

At the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

2nd Floor

At the second floor, there is the attic a wonderful space, with a double bed, 2 sofa beds, bathroom, fridge.

The yacht is a 13m yacht by Italian builder Giannetti. It includes 3 cabins with beds spacious and luminous livingroom, a kitchen where our hoster prepare all your snacks and a fridge full of iced drinks. Our stuff is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need.

We loved the time that we spent at Athina’s Villa.

We loved the time that we spent at Athina’s Villa. The house was huge and allowed us to work in peace while the kids were enjoying themselves. The pool and space outside are also super spacious and very relaxing, you can easily not leave the house for days. Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable which was important for us. Location is close the city but with the village vibes and small restaurants. Bottom line - we hope to be back.

We have really enjoyed our stay in Athina’s Pool Villa!

We have really enjoyed our stay in Athina's Pool Villa. The villa is in an amazing location, with stunning views. The village of Koskinou is beautiful and we did walk there a few times. We had a hire car and also used a taxi company sometimes so it is easy to get around the local area. Athina and Mike were very welcoming and were always on hand if we needed them. The pizza on arrival, fresh figs, pool towels and general friendliness made the stay extra special. This was a perfect location for a large group of people.

Absolutely stunning views from this gorgeous villa all around The villa is very spacious so lots of room for all the family There is a seat in the sun all day long Amazing pool area and plenty of outdoor seating Had an amazing 2 week Stay Athina and mike were lovely hosts
