This is a very comfortable villa and Athina was very welcoming and helpful - she left us pastries on arrival! Everything was clean and house very well equipped - air-conditioning in every room; washing machine; lots of places to sit and options for shade. Pool was a godsend and well maintained. We had a couple of hire cars between us so were able to get about - would be hard to get anywhere otherwise I think without your own transport. Villa is in a lovely, quiet residential area and Koskinou centre is a 5 minute drive away with good restaurants and cafes, etc. Athina even lent us a guitar for our grandson (15) to practise and was really helpful with local information and so on. She lives in the villa underneath so is easily contactable. We were a family of 6 with teenage boys and would thoroughly recommend the villa to other families.

A nice big villa with a giant terrace.
A nice big villa with a giant terrace with sun all day and views over the mountains and sea in the distant! The hosts were very friendly and had even bought some food and drinks for us as we came late in the evening.

We loved the time that we spent at Athina’s Villa. The house was huge and allowed us to work in peace while the kids were enjoying themselves. The pool and space outside are also super spacious and very relaxing, you can easily not leave the house for days. Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable which was important for us. Location is close the city but with the village vibes and small restaurants. Bottom line - we hope to be back.

We have really enjoyed our stay in Athina's Pool Villa. The villa is in an amazing location, with stunning views. The village of Koskinou is beautiful and we did walk there a few times. We had a hire car and also used a taxi company sometimes so it is easy to get around the local area. Athina and Mike were very welcoming and were always on hand if we needed them. The pizza on arrival, fresh figs, pool towels and general friendliness made the stay extra special. This was a perfect location for a large group of people.

Beautiful scenic views
Beautiful houses and location with a gorgeous view over the sea in the distance. Pool and outdoor areas, including BBQ, and balconies were brilliant and perfect to allow for individuals to get some space or for entertaining the whole group. We had a number of teenagers in our group and they loved it. We discovered some lovely local taverns in the nearby town so no need to drive to Rhodes for dinner, shops and supermarkets also very handy only 5 mins drive away. Athina and her husband were very friendly and helpful, they live with their family underneath the house but you would never know as it’s very private. Thanks for a lovely few days.
